When I was out in Northern California visiting family last weekend, we decided to go on a Napa Valley wine tour (Since the Alcatraz tour was booked solid!). Overall the wineries were great, though I was a little shocked that the tour included Sutter Home, which to me has always been equated with sickeningly sweet, bland wines. After tasting the first selection, which I likened to alcoholic Kool-aid, I decided my time would be better spent snapping off some photos.
